Take a look around you and question what you see because I can guarantee will be something similar to these images and if you observe closer you can see these were huge brick constructions which became so hot with electricity from the earthing or grounding a crossed polarity or something on these lines and caused it to melt into a lava like liquid whilst the electricity was being applied then it all stopped in an instance and you are left with these formations as the liquid bricks solidified into this we are seeing here
