The only way to hit a highly conducted mass of connected infrastructure is to hit it though the sheer foundation it lies upon where it attaches and what do we call this? the ground or grounding because there should never be a live pass through a grounding its the foundation
so if you put a live through the grounding its going to spread right through anything that is attached to it and travel in its own way so I think this is possible how the meltdown happened like some kind of an attack or the other theory of free energy overloading
