We dont even really know what these are clocks or reading apparatus some say the this some say that but obviously from the old world and could have even been world clocks not telling the time but for the clockwork machine operation of the daily earths cycle either the sun and lunar cycle or even the the rising and falling of the mechanical world who knows but very clever beings created these mechanical devices
