A river needs two sides to create a channel. Why does this major river only have one side of “bluffs”?! There should be two! But there isn’t! I was taught (they still teach this on “educational” signs in this historical area) that the limestone (remove the ‘m’ and that’s exactly what it is: LIESTONE… the foundation of all the rest of their lies). They say the river carved a channel through this liestone, yet water wears things smooth and these bluffs are jagged and uneven as fuck! No way water created these bluffs. IT’S ALL MELTED BUILDING!
