Its just so dam obvious these were once gigantic structures which I believe could have been generators or power stations built off grid from living areas they seem to be hit really hard like the pyramids either total meltdown turned to sand like they were power stations who knows? but the old world would have made them look amazing and not like the retarded parasites build today ugly looking powerplants the old world would have made them look elaborate hence the statures and art
