Best we can do is realize where we f’ed up and vow to do whatever it takes to fix it. Stress management daily practice is critical in these times. Anyone in need of resources for how to reduce stress and regulate the nervous system let me know and I’ll post.

I have no animosity toward him. It’s unfortunate that he’s chosen to direct his anger and rage toward those who appreciate and admire his work, though. If he made an apology, it’d be a step towards reconciling. If he made a public apology, I’d consider giving him a second chance, but where it stands after what he said and did I say good riddance to him.
