It is piecing all the clues together and critical thinking that we can really start to understand the timeline roughly when this event happened and like you mention the trees give a good indication of age by the height and how long the seed grew into the tree and you can bet that tree will tell you how long before the x factor event happened

Gargoyles were everywhere on these old world buildings and so were other mythical beings cast as statues
